Abstract: A urethane foam-molded article has a base material made of polyurethane foam and composite particles that are included and oriented in the base material. The composite particles have thermally conductive particles that are made of a non-magnetic material and have a thermal conductivity of 200 W/m·K or higher and magnetic particles attached to the surfaces of the thermally conductive particles with a binder and are surface-treated with one or more surfactants selected from a carboxylic acid-type surfactant and a succinic acid-type surfactant.

Abstract: A skin material includes a skin layer, an intermediate layer, a design layer, and at least one recess. The skin layer has a light transmittance. The intermediate layer is disposed on a back side of the skin layer and has a light transmittance lower than the light transmittance of the skin layer. The design layer is disposed on the back side of the intermediate layer and has a light transmittance lower than the light transmittance of the intermediate layer. The at least one recess is opened on a back surface of the design layer. A bottom of the recess has an intermediate layer reaching part defined at the intermediate layer.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for manufacturing spout-equipped bags in which the lateral sides of a bag are gripped by a pair of grippers, the bag is conveyed along a conveying path, and a spout is attached to the bag mouth during the conveyance. Unloading suction members adheres by suction to a bag in a horizontal orientation and takes out the bag; and then bag suction members adheres to the bag and changes the bag into a vertical orientation, the bag is then rotated through a predetermined angle, making the bag mouth horizontal. A transfer chuck grips the bag and conveys it towards grippers, and the bag is displaced a predetermined distance horizontally and supplied to the grippers. The horizontal displacement distance of the transfer chuck is set in advance such that gripping margins on the bag for the grippers are made substantially equal on the left and right of the bag.

Abstract: A character type speak system is disclosed as including a meaning network database 10, an SDD module 20 for producing a string of free sentences, a standardized topic module 30 which allows a conversation to be performed on a particular topic, and an interconnection module 40 which enables continuous deployment of the conversation while maintaining and managing a discourse connecting property between the SDD module 20 and the standardized topic module 30. As such, the speak system (speak robot) per se realizes an autonomy and the discourse connecting property as a discourse participant.
