The information processing includes: a process of extracting one or a plurality of intersection nodes corresponding to intersections that conform to the first extraction condition, from among nodes included in map data; a process of acquiring time-series data of traffic information from a database in which the time-series data of the traffic information is accumulated; and a process of selecting, from among the one or the plurality of intersection nodes having been extracted, a target intersection that requires adjustment of a constant of a traffic signal controller, based on the acquired time-series data of the traffic information, and outputting the selected target intersection to a display unit.
