  • Patent number: 9382074
Abstract: A screw-drive conveying apparatus has on a conveying traveling body side, a first driven roller pair having a shorter distance between two driven front and rear rollers and a second driven roller pair having a longer distance between two driven front and rear rollers. A first screw shaft row with which the respective driven rollers of the first driven roller pair are engaged and a second screw shaft row with which the respective driven rollers of the second driven roller pair are engaged are provided on a traveling path side. The length of screw discontinued spaces between both screw shaft rows is equal to the distance between the driven rollers of the driven roller pair engaged with the screw shaft row on the upstream side.

  • Patent number: 9359143
Abstract: A conveyance device has a carriage drive for driving and propelling a pair of left and right carriage units which individually support left and right sides of an object to be conveyed. A pair of left and right screw shafts is pivotally supported in a rotatable manner along the movement path of the carriage units. Driven rollers are pivotally supported in a rotatable manner by the carriage units and engage with the screw shafts. A transmission connects the pair of left and right screw shafts through the outside of a conveyance path such that the left and right screw shafts are linked and coupled; and a single motor drives the pair of left and right screw shafts through the transmission means.

  • Patent number: 8720669
Abstract: A device for delivering a conveying truck into a screw driving area has a truck delivery screw and a truck propulsion screw which are connected in tandem via a single position electromagnetic clutch and both the screws are configured to rotate in the same phase in the transmission state of the electromagnetic clutch. Two front and back driven rollers are pivotally connected to a conveying truck at an interval at which the driven rollers can engage both screws. A truck delivery mechanism is provided for delivering the conveying truck in the disengaged state of the electromagnetic clutch while rotating the truck delivery screw by the front-side driven roller until the roller arrives at a fixed position in the truck delivery screw.

  • Patent number: 8602203
Abstract: A driven roller is engageable with a screw shaft and an engaged member is engageable with a pusher of a chain conveyor. The engaged member is projected on the downside of at least one of front and rear trolleys of a conveying traveling body. A conveyed object support base supported via vertical columns of both trolleys includes a driven roller support member composed of an upper column projected downward and aligned in a vertical plane passing through the vertical columns, and a lower arm. The driven roller is pivotally supported by the lower arm at a position higher than a load bar coupling both trolleys.

  • Patent number: 7798068
Abstract: A friction drive trolley conveyor has a conveying traveling body provided with a friction drive load bar having traction purpose engaging means at both ends thereof and allows traction drive to be easily conducted without fail even at the time of conveying a heavy object. The traction purpose engaging means is composed of an engaged shaft arranged in the horizontal direction within a vertical notched portion formed at one end of the load bar, a hook member vertically swingably pivotally supported at an intermediate position in vertical height of the load bar at the other end of the load bar and a holding means holding the hook member in an engaged posture or a disengaged posture, and on a traveling route side, a first switching means switching the hook member from the engaged posture to the disengaged posture and a second switching means switching the hook member from the disengaged posture to the engaged posture.

  • Patent number: 7201105
Abstract: Guided devices are connected to the front and rear ends of the main body of a moving body. Each guided device is connected in a relatively rotatable fashion about a lateral axle to the lower part of a vertical shaft. A lateral roller supporting body is connected to the vertical shaft, and guide rollers supported and guided by guide bodies disposed in prescribed positions in a fixed path are provided on the right and left-hand ends of the roller support body. During movement, the roller supporting body connected to the vertical shaft too rotates integrally, and the axis of a lateral axle supporting the pair of right and left-hand guide rollers can be orientated orthogonal to the fixed path, whereby the guide rollers are able to rotate smoothly without causing slipping or frictional resistance. Thereby, the supporting unit can always be supported and guided smoothly in curved path sections.

  • Patent number: 7127997
Abstract: The present invention relates to a friction drive conveyor including carriers 1, which can be propelled along a track by frictional wheels 30 fitted along the track. Each frictional wheel 30 can be driven by a brakeless motor 29. A sensor 32 senses whether each frictional wheel 30 is in contact with any one frictional surface 15 of the carriers 1. The track includes a section along which the frictional wheels 30 are supported at regular intervals equal to or slightly shorter than the total length L of the frictional surfaces 15 on each side of each carrier 1. On the basis of a signal output from each sensor 32, a controller 24 so controls the associated brakeless motor 29 as to start rotating the associated frictional wheel 30 in contact with any one frictional surface 15 when the forward next wheel 30 gets free of the frictional surfaces 15, and as to stop driving the frictional wheel 30 having got free of the frictional surfaces 15.
