  • Patent number: 7661720
Abstract: A structure connecting dissimilar metal tubes is a bellows tube and a metal tube made of stainless steel and aluminum respectively. The bellows tube has a reinforcement portion on its outer surface. The structure includes a nipple, the reinforcement portion, and a crimp collar fitted in that order to the outside of a straight tube portion of the bellows tube. The nipple is joined to the reinforcement portion and the metal tube. A sleeve is joined to the metal tube and the crimp collar. The nipple is bonded to the inner surface of the metal tube with a resin. End faces of the reinforcement portion and the crimp collar are in contact with or located close to an end face of the metal tube.

  • Publication number: 20080197624
Abstract: A connection structure for connecting dissimilar metal tubes includes a metal bellows tube (A) having a reinforcement portion (3) disposed on the outer surface of the bellows (5), and a metal tube (B) composed of a material different from that of the bellows tube, the metal bellows tube (A) being integrally connected to the metal tube (B). A connection section on the bellows tube side includes a straight tube portion (1) of the bellows tube (A), a nipple (2), the reinforcement portion (3), and a crimp collar (4), being fitted and secured to each other in that order from the inside of the tube. The nipple (2) has a base (2-1) joined to the reinforcement portion (3) and a connection end (2-2) extending to the metal tube (B) side farther than an end face of the crimp collar (4).

  • Patent number: 5944644
Abstract: A roll of a winding equipment in a rolling factory is formed of a roll body, a hardened buildup substrate formed on a surface of the roll body, and a carbide-particle-dispersed-type autogenous-alloy-sprayed layer having a thickness of at least 0.5 mm and formed on the substrate. The autogenous-alloy-sprayed layer contains 3-60% by weight of carbide particles or complex carbide particles. The carbide particles or complex carbide particles have a particulate shape or a leaf shape with a size of 3-300 .mu.m. The roll can exhibit good abrasion resistance and plate flaw resistance, and good conveyance property for a passing plate material.

  • Patent number: 5379325
Abstract: A data transmitting/receiving apparatus comprises a master clock signal and a slave clock signal which differ in phase with each other according to a basic clock signal. Serial data is input according to the produced master clock signal or slave clock signal, a protocol process is applied to the input serial data, and the serial data subjected to the protocol process is output according to the master clock signal or the slave clock signal. A start delimiter detecting signal is generated when a start delimiter indicating the first frame is detected in the input serial data and phases are exchanged between the master clock signal and the slave clock signal when there arises a shift on a bit boundary of the serial data when the start delimiter detecting signal is generated.
