Publication number: 20150227556Abstract: A PC performs full synchronization with a cloud system, whereas a smart phone performs thumbnail synchronization with the cloud system. Furthermore, when uploading a photograph to the cloud system, the PC and the smart phone create a thumbnail “medium” from the original photograph and send the thumbnail “medium” to the cloud system together with the original photograph. Furthermore, when creating the thumbnail “medium” and when one side is excessively longer than the other side, the PC and the smart phone reduce the long side to a predetermined threshold while maintaining the aspect ratio.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 22, 2015Publication date: August 13, 2015Inventors: Masatoshi Kimura, Shin Yamada, Kohichi Kasama, Toshiyuki Kawanishi
