Patent number: 8106574Abstract: A lamp can include a low-beam filament arranged in a horizontal reference plane containing an optical axis of a glass bulb, and facing in a direction orthogonal to the optical axis. A high-beam filament can be arranged in a plane normal to the horizontal reference plane and in parallel with the low-beam filament. A pair of inner leads for supporting the low-beam filament can be located in the horizontal reference plane. A pair of inner leads for supporting the high-beam filament can be located in a plane defined in parallel with the optical axis and normal to the horizontal reference plane.Type: GrantFiled: October 23, 2008Date of Patent: January 31, 2012Assignee: Stanley Electric Co., Ltd.Inventors: Tatsumi Yoshida, Toshiyuki Matsuzaki

Patent number: 6982694Abstract: A display device module that can supply high-speed signals with low distortion and drive high-load signal lines at high speed. A switch unit rearranges multiple input signals in accordance with switching control signals and inputs them to an internal circuit, as well as multiple source drivers, are arranged that have an internal processing circuit that generates drive signals based on the prescribed signal processing according to the output signals of the switch unit, switching control signals of different levels are supplied to odd- and even-numbered source drivers, the signal lines that transmit the multiple input signals are wired on the substrate so as to be parallel to each other without intersecting, and the input signals are supplied to the respective source drivers, thus making it possible to shorten the branching lines between the input signal lines and the input terminals of the source drivers, suppress the reflection of signals, and suppress the distortion of signal waveforms.Type: GrantFiled: December 20, 2000Date of Patent: January 3, 2006Assignee: Texas Instruments IncorporatedInventor: Toshiyuki Matsuzaki

Patent number: 5408471Abstract: Communication nodes which respectively transmit periodic information and non-periodic information in multiplex fashion are provided separately. These communication nodes selectively transmit periodic information to a multiplex transmission line which is originally for transmitting the non-periodic information or non-periodic information to a multiplex transmission line which is originally for transmitting the periodic information in accordance with the state of transmission/reception of the periodic information and non-periodic information.Type: GrantFiled: November 30, 1993Date of Patent: April 18, 1995Assignee: Mazda Motor CorporationInventors: Yoshikazu Nobutoki, Toshiyuki Matsuzaki, Koji Terayama, Hideki Nakazono

Patent number: 5096449Abstract: A method for manufacturing a metal cylinder of an electron tube, such as a magnetron, comprises the steps of rolling a metal plate into a cylinder, reduction-forming the cylinder, welding the seam of the reduction-formed cylinder by means of a high-energy beam, and compression-forming the resulting cylinder in the axial direction while restricting the inner and outer peripheral surfaces thereof. The step of beam welding the seam includes arranging a plurality of cylinders to be subjected to the welding lengthwise, so that the adjacent ends of the cylinders are in intimate contact with one another, whereby the respective seams of the cylinders extending in a straight line are subjected in succession to the beam welding. The power of the high-energy beam irradiated onto the seam of each cylinder is controlled so as to be higher in the initial stage of the application to each cylinder and lower in the later stage.Type: GrantFiled: May 2, 1990Date of Patent: March 17, 1992Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha ToshibaInventor: Toshiyuki Matsuzaki

Patent number: 5078635Abstract: A method of manufacturing a magnetron anode. A plurality of anode vanes, having end faces to be welded, are radially arranged in an anode cylinder, and then laser beams are radiated from the outside of the cylinder, for welding the vanes and the cylinder such that 20-90% of the entire area of each of the end faces remains as an unmelted area.Type: GrantFiled: August 7, 1990Date of Patent: January 7, 1992Assignee: Kabushiki Kaisha ToshibaInventor: Toshiyuki Matsuzaki

Patent number: 4772823Abstract: A magnetron anode constructed by welding a pole piece to each open end of a copper anode cylinder. A nickel layer is plated on the surface of the pole piece. A welded mass resulting from welding the pole piece to the open end of the anode cylinder covers the peripheral edge of the pole piece. The welded is mostly formed of a nickel-copper alloy resulting from the mutual fusion of the copper material of the anode cylinder and the nickel of the nickel layer.Type: GrantFiled: December 18, 1981Date of Patent: September 20, 1988Assignee: Tokyo Shibaura Denki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Hikaru Matsuzaki, Toshiyuki Matsuzaki, Tatsuo Simizu, Masataka Komine

Patent number: 4570843Abstract: An anode cylinder of a magnetron is formed of a rectangular copper plate member. The plate member is curved in a rolling process to be formed into a cylindrical primary workpiece. In a first cold extrusion process, the primary workpiece is forced successively into a first die having an inner diameter shorter than the outer diameter of the primary workpiece and a second die having an inner diameter shorter than that of the first die and arranged in line with the first die. Thus, the primary workpiece is continuously reduced in its outer diameter to be formed into a secondary workpiece. The thickness reduction rate of the primary workpiece used during its passage through each of the first and second dies is limited to 3% or less. The secondary workpiece has its unnecessary portions removed in a cutting process and its seam filled up airtightly in an airtight bonding process.Type: GrantFiled: February 24, 1984Date of Patent: February 18, 1986Assignee: Tokyo Shibaura Denki Kabushiki KaishaInventors: Hikaru Matsuzaki, Toshiyuki Matsuzaki
