  • Patent number: 9269507
Abstract: A contact device includes: fixed terminals; a movable contact maker; a pressing spring; an adjustment plate that comes into contact with an upper face of the movable contact maker; a holding portion; a movable shaft; and an electromagnet block. The holding portion is divided into first and second holding portions that are separated from each other. The first and second holding portions are electrically connected to each other via only the adjustment plate, due to the adjustment plate being sandwiched by a first side plate of the first holding portion and a second side plate of the second holding portion. The adjustment plate is moved in extending and contracting directions of the pressing spring, and the adjustment plate and each of the first and second side plates are subjected to resistance welding at a position at which pressing force of the pressing spring is a predetermined value.

  • Patent number: 9083131
Abstract: A brush holder extends substantially in a radial direction of a commutator. The brush holder includes a first inner side surface and a second inner side surface, which are separate from each other in the axial direction of the commutator. A torsion spring presses portions-to-be-pressed of a brush-rear end, thereby urging the brush toward the commutator. The portions-to-be-pressed are deviated from a brush-center line in the axial direction of the commutator. The brush is urged by the torsion spring, thereby bringing a brush-tip end into contact with the first inner side surface, and bringing the brush-rear end into contact with the second inner side surface.

  • Patent number: 6824817
Abstract: On a substrate at a temperature of 120 to 240° C., Fe and Pt monatomic layers are alternately laminated. The magnetic multilayer film obtained by such a method has an L10 ordered structure so as to exhibit a high magnetic anisotropy energy constant, a (001) surface parallel to the substrate surface, and a high perpendicular magnetic anisotropy, while its coercive force in a direction perpendicular to the substrate surface and the squareness ratio of its magnetization curve in a direction perpendicular to the substrate surface are large, so that it is usable as a magnetic recording film for a magnetic recording medium and the like. Also, since the magnetic multilayer film is formed while the substrate temperature is 120 to 240° C., the temperature load on the substrate or the like is lowered as compared with conventional making methods in which the substrate temperature is about 500° C.

  • Patent number: 5864388
Abstract: A surface activating process in which treatment can be performed within a short time and in which activation of undesired areas does not occur is achieved by concentrating ultraviolet light with wavelengths from 200 nm to 300 nm by means of an oval focussing mirror. The ultraviolet light is incident in parallel on a mask via a first reflector, an integrator lens, a shutter, a second reflector, and a collimator, and is radiated through the mask onto a workpiece to activation a surface area of the workpiece. The arc length of the lamp is selected to be within a range from 7.5 to 29 mm to obtain a radiation intensity which is sufficient for surface activation. Furthermore, the relationship .alpha.>1.5.degree. and the relationship d.times.tan .alpha..ltoreq.0.1 W are satisfied at the same time, where .alpha.
