    Abstract: A plastic cap with IC tag storing product information provided on the upper surface of a top plate. The top plate is formed by an annular flange and a recessed portion 37, the recessed portion, including a side wall continuous to the inner circumferential edge of the annular flange and a bottom continuous to the lower end of the side wall. The tag 10 is attached to the annular flange to cover the recessed portion. A gap between the tag and the bottom is maintained to such a degree that the transmission and reception of signals to and from the tag are not interrupted when the back surface of the bottom comes in contact with water.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a cartridge for a methanol fuel cell at low cost, which does not show deterioration in electric power generation performance, can be operated for a long period of time, and can be reduced in size and weight. In the present invention, the cartridge for a methanol fuel cell has art inner resin layer containing a resin having such a property that, after a film of the resin is immersed in methanol at 60° C. for 7 days, the methanol is diluted twice in terms of a volume ratio with distilled water at room temperature to give a liquid, the liquid shows a light transmittance of 10% or higher at 300 nm.

    Abstract: A method and device for continuously supplying molten synthetic resin drops into female moldings which are rotatingly movable for manufacturing moldings, wherein synthetic resin in molten condition extruded from an extrusion opening is cut by a cutter attached to a holding mechanism to form the molten resin into drops in a determined quantity, the drops are held and conveyed by the holding mechanism, and the drops are forcibly inserted and supplied into the concaves of the female moldings. At that time the holding mechanism on the rotary-and movable type drop supply is made to approach the rotating molding die and the rotation path of the holding mechanism is made to overlap with that of the molding die within a determined area to make the movement of the holding mechanisms follow that of the molding die.

    Abstract: Ethylene terephthalate polyester resin for forming containers, having intrinsic viscosity of 0.65 to 0.85 dL/g, a content of a monohydroxyethyl terephthalate and a bishydroxyethyl terephthalate of less than 0.005% by weight, (a) a heat of fusion of not more than 50 J/g an end temperature of melting peak of not higher than 270° C. and a crystallinity of less than 0.48, or (b) an acetaldehyde concentration of 2 to 10 ppm, and satisfying at least either one of (i) a peak time of crystallization is not longer than 360 seconds and the crystallization energy is not less than 30 J/g in the isothermal crystallization at 210° C., or (ii) components having molecular weights of not larger than 10000 are contained in not less than 8%. The polyester resin effectively prevents problems metal mold fouling in forming containers or a decrease in productivity.
