  • Patent number: 10543627
Abstract: An injection apparatus including a plasticizing unit (2) that plasticizes a raw material resin and an injection unit (3) that injects a plasticized molten resin. The plasticizing unit includes a heating cylinder (20) having a foaming gas injection valve and a screw (21) provided inside the heating cylinder. The rotation and advance and retreat movements of the screw are controlled such that a raw material resin is plasticized by the screw and a foaming gas injected from a foaming gas injection valve is dissolved in the plasticized molten resin. After the screw retreats to a prescribed position according as the molten resin accumulates in the front end side of the heating cylinder by the screw that is rotating, the screw advances with rotating to cause the molten resin which has been accumulated in the front end side of the heating cylinder to be transferred to the injection unit.

  • Patent number: 10160144
Abstract: A plasticizing process in which a molten resin that has been plasticized and dissolved in a foaming gas is sent to the front end side of a heating cylinder (20) by means of a screw (21) that rotates in a heating cylinder (20), and the screw (21) retreats according as the molten resin accumulates in the front end side of the heating cylinder (20); a transfer process in which the screw (21) is advanced with rotating and transfers the molten resin accumulated in the front end side of the heating cylinder (20) from a plasticizing unit (2) to an injection unit (3), and an injection process in which the molten resin is injected from the injection unit (3) are conducted and repeated to produce a foamable injection molded product.

  • Publication number: 20160318267
Abstract: A method of forming a plastic material by using a mold 30 that has a split-mold structure forming air vent (39) in the split surfaces which are the butt surfaces of split molds, the air vent (39) being communicated with gas passages (37), wherein a resin is fed into the mold (30) so as to be formed, and after the formed article is taken out from the mold but before the rein is fed into the mold (30) so as to be formed in the next cycle, a cleaning gas G is fed through the gas passages (37) into the air vent (39) in a state where there is formed at least part of the mold (30) inclusive of the air vent (39), the cleaning gas G being discharged through passages separate from the gas passages (37).

  • Publication number: 20110303685
Abstract: A multilayered plastic container comprising, in at least a side wall portion of the container, an inner layer and an outer layer of a polyester resin, and an intermediate barrier layer of a barrier resin, wherein the lower end of the intermediate barrier layer in the radial direction of the container is positioned on the grounding portion of the container bottom portion or outside of the grounding portion of the container bottom portion in the radial direction of the container, featuring very excellent barrier property and drop impact resistance despite of its decreased thickness and weight.

  • Publication number: 20110177271
Abstract: A multilayer polyester container having a multilayer structure comprising inner and outer layers of a polyester resin and at least one intermediate layer of a barrier resin, wherein the intermediate layer comprises a barrier resin, a polyester resin and a clay, the barrier resin and the polyester resin being contained at a weight ratio of 2.5:7.5 to 5:5, and the intermediate layer, further, constitutes an sea-island dispersion structure in which a dispersion phase of the barrier resin is formed in a continuous phase of the polyester resin, enabling the thickness and the weight to be decreased. Even when filled with a carbonated beverage which spontaneously produces pressure, the multilayer polyester container effectively prevents interlayer peeling and deformation of when the cap is opened.
