Abstract: Provided are: a biological tissue thin slice sample for imaging which is prepared for a mass spectrometer which can eliminate physical and chemical influences and can adhesively support a thin frozen slice of a hard tissue or a large biological tissue even at low temperatures; and a method for producing the sample. The present invention relates to a biological tissue thin slice sample having a biological tissue adhering to a conductive adhesive film. The electrical resistance value between two points spaced apart by 75 mm or more on the surface of the conductive adhesive film to which the biological tissue adheres is 1.0×10?2? or more and less than 2.0×107?, and the median value of a glass transition temperature range of an adhesive of the conductive adhesive film determined by DSC measurement is ?150° C. to ?40° C. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the sample.
