Abstract: According to aspects of the present disclosure, in a memory of an MFP, information indicating that an additional function, which is inactivated when shipped from a factory, is activated or inactivated is stored. The MFP starts a trial mode in which trial of the additional function is activated, then the additional function becomes activated within an effective period of the trial mode. The MFP is configured to receive an input of setting information used for the additional function, store the input setting information in the memory and execute a process of the additional function in accordance with the setting information.
