Abstract: An overhead rack for vehicles which pivots for ease of loading and unloading large elements thereon. The rack extends above the length of the vehicle having multiple fixed support post and interengaging pivoting support post with a power activation cylinder for movement thereof. Once deployed to the side of the vehicle, a load can be attached and the pivoting material receiving rack portion is pivoted upwardly above the roof and bed of the vehicle and secured in place on the multiple fixed support post assemblies for horizontal orientation and vehicle movement transportation.
