A structure (26) is for keeping the cabinet (12) in an upright position. A facility (28) in the cabinet (12) is for producing electronic impulses. A component (30) on the front panel (14) of the cabinet (12) is for activating the electronic impulses producing facility (28) by the insertion of paper money. An assembly (32) is for carrying the electronic impulses from the electronic impulses producing facility (28) to muscles in a body of a person (34), so as to stimulate the muscles to contract and exercise.
