Abstract: A pier cap comprises a support rail engaging surface and a mounting cleat disposed on the support rail engaging surface. The mounting cleat comprises a substantially round-shaped section coupled to the support rail engaging surface and a substantially wedge-shaped prong section elevated above the support rail engaging surface. A notched section of the mounting cleat defines a space between the support rail engaging surface and the substantially wedge-shaped prong section. The notched section is configured to receive a mounting flange coupled to a support rail of a support structure for a solar panel array.

Abstract: A system is presented that facilitates transactions for products to be completed and product inventory tracking to be performed in real-time even if the products are brought to the location of a customer prior to the transaction. The system completes transactions by accepting and settling cash, credit card, debit card and other forms of payment in real-time. In general, the system includes three basic components: an application module, a back office portal and a portable device. These components may be placed in communication with each other in various configurations to perform various functions that enable product tracking and transaction completion.

Abstract: A system and method that provides access to entertainment services, such as, movies, music and/or games are described. The system may collect data relating to transactions for the services and may reconcile such transactions. The system may include an entertainment services device for completing remote point of sale (POS) transactions, providing entertainment services, and collecting transaction data for those services. The system may include a portable device also for completing remote POS transactions for entertainment services, and collecting transaction data for the services. The system may include a server that communicates transaction data from the entertainment services device to the portable device. The portable device may combine the transaction data collected by the entertainment services device and the portable device, which it may communicate to a back office system for reconciliation.
