In some embodiments, a request is received from the user for an appointment at an appointment-capable store. The request can indicate a time of the appointment. The appointment for the indicated time can be scheduled with the appointment-capable store. The determination of the plurality of stores and the determination of the route can be based on the scheduled appointment.
