  • Patent number: 11974582
Abstract: Mollusc processing apparatus and related methods are disclosed. The molluscs have a first shell, a second shell and an adductor muscle attached to the shells. Multiple holders hold a respective mollusc by the first shell of the mollusc. A conveyor is coupled to the holders to move the molluscs between processing stations. One processing station is a shell cut station to cut an opening into the shells of each respective mollusc. Another processing station is a muscle cut station to cut the adductor muscle from the second shell through the opening in the shells of each mollusc. A further processing station is a shell detach station to detach the second shell from the first shell of each respective mollusc.

  • Patent number: 11977586
Abstract: In embodiments, an Online Software Platform (OSP) is configured to receive datasets having dataset values that represent relationship instance data of relationship instances between a client primary entity and other secondary entities, select digital rules responsive to these dataset values, produce resources for the datasets by applying the selected digital rules to the dataset values, derive a total value of the produced resources, generate a report document that mentions at least derived the total value, and prepare an instantiation that enables viewing a data record that substantiates the derived total value. The OSP may further make this instantiation available for viewing to a domain entity that has access to the report document and wants to confirm the derived total value. For instance, the OSP may provide an access instruction for viewing the instantiation, or even augment the report document itself with such an access instruction.

  • Patent number: 8591296
Abstract: Mollusc processing apparatus and related methods are disclosed. Molluscs are held in holders by one of their shells, illustratively the bottom shells, and are moved between a series of processing stations. At a shell cut station, an opening is cut into one or both of the shells of each mollusc. The next processing station includes a cutting blade to cut the adductor muscle and viscera of each mollusc away from its non-held shell, illustratively the top shell, and a shell detach mechanism to detach the non-held shell from the held shell. One or multiple air blasts are directed toward the viscera to loosen it from the held shell, and at a vacuum station the loosened viscera is pulled from the held shell. A second muscle cut station includes another cutting blade to cut the adductor muscle from the held shell.
