Abstract: An exemplary embodiment includes a system and method for delivering remote servicing on a computer system. The computer system includes a tangible storage medium readable by the instruction processing system and storing instructions for execution by the instruction processing system. The method comprises receiving a phone call from a customer and receiving a digital image of a device being serviced by a service representative. The method further includes displaying the digital image of the device being serviced on a monitor to the service representative, and determining if a service tech needs to make a service visit.
