  • Patent number: 10839326
Abstract: A method for project status management is provided that includes creating an issue identification data structure in a non-transitory memory device using a processor. Generating a notification to an analyst using the processor to process the issue identification data structure. Creating one or more sub-component dependencies in the issue identification data structure using the processor. Receiving issue resolution data associated with the issue identification data structure at the processor. Creating a new business intelligence rule using the processor. Associating the new business intelligence rule with the issue identification data structure using the processor.

  • Patent number: 10712792
Abstract: An information handling system includes a battery, a managed device, a host processing complex to instantiate a hosted processing environment, a wireless management module, and a management controller coupled to the wireless management module. The wireless management module includes a wireless transceiver. When the host processing complex is unpowered, the wireless management module receives power from the battery and receives configuration information for the managed device via the wireless transceiver. The management manages the managed device out of band from the hosted processing environment based upon the configuration information.

  • Patent number: 9596149
Abstract: Server information handling system deployment and maintenance is enhanced with automated trouble ticket generation at a mobile telephone through an NFC transaction with a management controller. NFC transactions coordinate authorization for replacement component installation and server information handling system replacement. In one embodiment, a bezel includes an NFC device that interfaces with a management controller and stores configuration information to aid installation of replacement server information handling systems in the event of a system failure. A back-up battery provides power to an NFC support circuit that stores fault codes detected by the management controller so that fault codes are available during management controller failures.
