Abstract: An articulated article holder comprises an attachment base, configured to be attached to a support structure or to a component of a vehicle. A holding member is configured to receive and hold an article therein, the holding member being coupled to the attachment base and including two generally upright arms which collectively define a containment area therebetween. At least one of the upright arms includes an articulated joint formed or integrated therein to allow at least one segment of the arm to move between at least two differing positions.

Abstract: A new type of method and system for designing duct work is disclosed. This system may be implemented using a computer. The system may be designed such that specific information regarding the room, the appliance, and/or other information is input into the computer. Using this input information, along with information that is stored in a database, the system will output a design for the duct work that may include both a cut sheet (for cutting out the duct work) as well as a three-dimensional representation of the duct work that is displayed on a computer.

Abstract: A tool holder for use with an ATV comprises an attachment base, attachable to a portion of the ATV, and a holding member extending from the attachment base. The holding member is configured to receive and hold a tool therein and includes a pair of generally upright arms which collectively define a containment area therebetween. At least one of the pair of generally upright arms includes at least one stress relief section formed therein, the stress relief section including a cross section relatively more narrow than remaining cross sections of the at least one of the pair of generally upright arms.

Abstract: A mounting bracket for use in mounting at least one auxiliary device to an ATV includes a body and an engaging section, associated with the body. The engaging section is configured to engage a portion of the ATV to limit movement of the body relative to the ATV in at least one degree of freedom. Connecting means are associated with the body for connecting the body to the portion of the ATV. An auxiliary device receiving area is coupled to the body and is operable to receive and secure an auxiliary device to the bracket. The receiving area is formed of a material having a hardness relatively greater than a hardness of the body.
