  • Patent number: 10611547
Abstract: A collapsible container includes a base having a base wall with a plurality of support surfaces separated by a longitudinal drainage channel and a plurality of lateral drainage channels intersecting the longitudinal drainage channel. The drainage channels are lower than the support surfaces. The base wall does not include any openings therethrough, so the drainage channels retain fluid leaking from products or packages in the container. The base may further include a plurality of troughs proximate edges of the base. The plurality of troughs are lower than the drainage channels. Walls are pivotably mounted to the base and are pivotable between an upright position and a collapsed position.

  • Patent number: 10479553
Abstract: A nestable pallet includes a deck having opposed side edges and opposed end edges. A plurality of feet extend downward from the deck. The feet are hollow and elongated in a direction parallel to the side edges of the deck. The deck includes openings therethrough that lead into the feet for receiving the feet of an identical nestable pallet nested thereon. A half pallet includes a half deck and a plurality of feet extending downward from the half deck. The feet of the half pallet extend into half of the plurality of feet of the nestable pallet. Optionally, the deck further includes a handle opening having at least one handle wall adjacent the handle opening. A plurality of ribs extend upward from the handle wall.

  • Publication number: 20190135601
Abstract: A lift system includes a base and a vertical structure from which a plurality of tines projects. The tines are configured to engage a lower surface of a plurality of dairy trays within a stack of dairy trays in order to facilitate lifting part of a stack of dairy trays to access or remove a tray that is lower in the stack. In one embodiment, a plurality of pairs of tines are movable from a low position where they can engage a plurality of stacked trays to a raised position where there is space between each of the adjacent trays.

  • Publication number: 20180162434
Abstract: A pallet sled includes a base and a plurality of tines extending forward from the base. At least one of the plurality of tines includes a wheel supporting the tine away from the base. A brake assembly is positioned adjacent the wheel to selectively brake the wheel. The brake assembly may include a drum adjacent the wheel. Alternatively, the brake assembly may include a brake shoe selectively directly contacting the wheel to brake the sled.

  • Publication number: 20170190468
Abstract: A collapsible dairy crate includes a base to which side walls and end walls are pivotably mounted. The side walls and end walls can be collapsed inward onto the base for efficient shipping and storage when empty. At least one of the end walls (or both), is also capable of being pivoted outward. The at least one end wall may also be pivoted outward 90 degrees (i.e. generally parallel to the base) and may be further pivoted another 90 degrees to a position extending downward from the base. The crate may be unloaded onto the grocery shelf through the end opening the crate.
