Abstract: The invention is an apparatus, system, and method for water-conserving irrigation utilizing check-valve equipped devices. By implementing a filtering device, for example a screen, adapted to connect to a connector of an irrigation outlet nozzle of said irrigation system, and employing a valve within the screen designed to prevent a flow of fluid out of the connector when a fluid pressure into said valve is less than a threshold pressure, every outlet to an irrigation system may be sealed to preserve water and prevent overirrigation caused by low head drainage.
