The record server is configured to correlate the package data with verification data received from a remote client. The verification data includes identification of a physical package received by the record client, identification of a patient prescription received by the remote client, and identification of the site of the remote client.

The apparatus has a computer having a microprocessor, a memory storage, a display for providing information to a user, and an input device. An image-recording device is electrically-coupled to the computer for capturing images for storage in the memory storage of the computer. A database, which has a structure defined in the memory storage, receives and stores a plurality of information relating to an event. A program, being executable by the computer, provides a graphical user interface on the display. The program has an imaging module with document and image capture filing and scanning functions. The graphical user interface receives an input from the input device and from the image-recording device. In a further aspect of the invention, the program has a communications module for transmission of the plurality of information relating to the event to a remote location.

The system includes a record server that has a medical record data file for each patient, wherein each patient's medical record data file holds medical record data for that patient. A record client coupled to the record server receives the medical record data file. The medical record data is encapsulated to prevent modification of the medical record data, thus providing for integrity and continuity of the patient's medical record.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to a suitcase style air compressor assembly having an extensible handle bar assembly, a wheel assembly, and a integral storage container. When the extensible handle bar assembly is fully extended, the suitcase style air compressor assembly may be transported by utilizing the extensible handle bar assembly and the wheel assembly. When the suitcase style air compressor assembly reaches a worksite, the extensible handle bar assembly may be retracted so that the suitcase style air compressor assembly does not occupy a large space. The air compressor includes a storage container for storing air hoses, power cords, tools, and the like.
