  • Publication number: 20230247075
Abstract: A document management system integrates with a video conference system to ensure that proper electronic witness procedure is performed for document validation. The document management system accesses a video conference between a user and an electronic witness, and then instructs the user to electronically sign the document while the electronic witness observes. The document management system receives confirmation that the electronic witness observed the video of the user electronically signing the document. The document management system combines and stores portions of the video conference that correspond to the electronic witness's validation of the document.

  • Publication number: 20230246866
Abstract: A centralized document system integrates online document execution and conferencing to control access to precipitant information. Precipitant information includes access codes, personal identification numbers, sensitive information, or any other secured information for which execution of an online document is a prerequisite for access to the secured information. The centralized document system detects precipitant information that is presented during a conference and controls access to the detected precipitant information (e.g., by generating permission rules that specify a type of online document to be executed to gain access). The centralized document system may determine whether a user has executed one or more online documents and thus, has authorization to access the detected precipitant information. Responsive to determining that the user has not executed the online documents, the centralized document system can control access to the precipitant information by modifying the conference (e.g.

  • Publication number: 20230245254
Abstract: A document management system integrates with a video conference system to generate agreement documents from conference transcripts between two or more people. The document management system trains and applies a machine learned model that is configured to identify agreement terms from a video conference transcript. The two or more people confirm or propose changes to the agreement terms presented by the document management system. The document management system presents a finalized agreement document, with users' identities, electronic signatures, and confirmed agreement terms.

  • Patent number: 11625793
Abstract: A process for estimating a value of a crop of walnuts prior to harvest includes the following steps which are not necessarily in order. First, arranging an unmanned aerial vehicle with a digital single-lens reflex high speed multi spectral camera fitted with a near-infrared filter. Then, taking normalized difference vegetation index images of a field of walnuts every second at a clarity of two centimeters in detail from an altitude of four hundred feet. Next, forming a map of the field from the normalized difference vegetation index images. After that, determining a ratio of the field which possesses a high near-infrared profile. Following that, calculating a meat yield as a product of the ratio and the maximum walnut grade in the field. Finally, calculating the value of the crop from the meat yield.

  • Patent number: 10981836
Abstract: The localized formation of graphene and diamond like structures on the surface of boron carbide is obtained due to exposure to high intensity laser illumination. The graphitization involves water vapor interacting with the laser illuminated surface of boron carbide and leaving behind excess carbon. The process can be done on the micrometer scale, allowing for a wide range of electronic applications. Raman is a powerful and convenient technique to routinely characterize and distinguish the composition of Boron Carbide (B4C), particularly since a wide variation in C content is possible in B4C. Graphitization of 1-3 ?m icosahedral B4C powder is observed at ambient conditions under illumination by a 473 nm (2.62 eV) laser during micro-Raman measurements. The graphitization, with ˜12 nm grain size, is dependent on the illumination intensity. The process is attributed to the oxidation of B4C to B2O3 by water vapor in air, and subsequent evaporation, leaving behind excess carbon.
