  • Publication number: 20230222608
Abstract: A flight reservation can be made on behalf of a traveller based on determining that there is no initial profile stored for the traveller or the profile is incomplete, loading a ghost profile comprising information associated with a customer on whose behalf the traveller will be traveling, and storing in a travel record the information associated with the customer. • Patent number: 11557010
Abstract: Multiple record management functionality can be used for bulk PNR creation. The multiple record management functionality can take a structured input file containing travel requests and process the requests, such as by a set of client-specific rules, to create shell PNRs with the air segments and profile information included. The multiple record management functionality can also provide a reporting capability to detail the outcome of individual requests or a set of requests. Preference-driven bookings can be made based on a customer-defined overall value proposition. Bookings can be made for non-profiled travelers.

  • Patent number: 11328373
Abstract: A method and system for consolidating travel records from on the one hand a source derived from a Global Distribution System or more generally a first travel database, and on the other hand a source derived from non-Global Distribution System information or more generally a second travel database. It is determined whether unique identifiers associated with the two sources match, indicating that information from the source travel records can be consolidated without compromising data integrity.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 3954113
Abstract: The method of cleaning hair between shampoos which comprises rubbing the hair with a sheet-like substrate that has been treated to make it electronically attractive to hair soil in the presence of an aqueous liquid in a moistening amount.Means for cleaning hair between shampoos comprising a sheet-like substrate treated to make it electronically attractive to hair soil and moistened with a cleaning liquid. The substrate is preferably a flexible, absorbent, organic, fibrous sheet having satisfactory wet strength properties such as non-woven fabric and wet strength paper rendered electronically attractive to hair soil by the presence of a cationic organic polyelectrolyte, e.g., by incorporation in a sheet during or impregnation of a sheet after manufacture. The cleaning liquid is aqueous, preferably water and alcohol, usually absorbed in the substrate. Optionally and advantageously the substrate is folded into a compact pad and sealed within a moisture-proof envelope for convenience in carrying and use.
