Abstract: A sorting apparatus for a set of golf balls includes a frame, a ball hopper, a plurality of sort bins, a chain driven elevator, a motor, a set of ball cups, a camera, a gravity fed sorter divider, a set of ball gates, and a controller. The controller activates the motor, monitors an image from the camera for recognition of a printed golf ball marking, and activates a ball gate. A selected golf ball is directed to a corresponding sort bin by the ball gate.

Abstract: A method, apparatus, and system for communications to support audio menu navigation and option selection via display device is described. To support audio menu navigation and option selection via display device, a communication connection between an automated voice menu system and a user device is established, one or more option selections corresponding to a menu of options are determined, a user interface including an arrangement of elements corresponding to the one or more option selections is generated at the user device, an input from a user is received via the user interface, and a response is transmitted from the user device to the automated voice menu system via the communication connection based at least in part on the received input from the user, wherein the response is responsive to the audio feedback and indicates a selection of the subset of the determined one or more option selections.

Abstract: Methods and compositions for assaying an agent for TERT promoter modulatory activity are provided. In the subject methods, an agent is contacted with an expression system that includes a TERT promoter nucleic acid operably linked to a heterologous reporter nucleic acid. A feature of the expression system is that it is integrated into a carrier nucleic acid, e.g., a chromosome, in a manner such that it is known to be inactive under wild-type conditions but not positionally silenced. Also provided are compositions, systems and kits thereof, as well as devices, that find use in practicing the subject methods. The subject invention finds use in assaying agents for TERT promoter modulatory activity, such as in a high throughput format.
