  • Publication number: 20240144353
Abstract: A system according to certain aspects of the disclosure provides drug pricing information from multiple PBMs to users. For example, the system may obtain, calculate, and/or estimate drug prices that are available under contracts or agreements between PBMs and various pharmacies. These prices may be prices of drugs for purchase at the various pharmacies. In response to requests for prices of particular drugs, the system can display relevant prices. For example, the system displays a price for each pharmacy chain and/or displays prices for a particular geographical area. The users can compare the prices for a particular drug and determine which pharmacy they would like to purchase the drug from. The system can provide a discount coupon that allows the users to purchase the drug at the price listed by the system at the selected pharmacy.

  • Patent number: 11341339
Abstract: Techniques for creating and calibrating natural-language understanding (NLU) machine learning models are described. In certain embodiments, a training service tunes parameters of a function, taking the output from an NLU machine learning model as an input of the function, to calibrate the NLU machine learning model's output to optimize the interpretability of the resulting output, e.g., confidence score(s). Embodiments herein include generating, by the NLU machine learning model, an output based at least in part on an input (e.g., utterance) from a user, and applying a tuned, output modifying function to the output from the NLU machine learning model to generate a modified output. An inference may be generated based at least in part on the modified output.

  • Publication number: 20200154631
Abstract: An agricultural implement comprises a container mounted on a frame arranged for movement across an agricultural field, which container is suited for storing a granular product to be deposited across the field. The agricultural implement additionally including a metering system arranged for metering the granular product in movement from a product exit of the container to a product discharge, typically in operative communication with a pneumatic conveying system, for eventual delivery to the agricultural field. The agricultural implement features a crushing system arranged for reducing a size of the granular product that is disposed in series with the metering system so as to be located between the product exit and the product discharge, such that metered quantities of the crushed granular product can be deposited into the ground as the agricultural implement is displaced in the forward working direction across the field.

  • Publication number: 20160123178
Abstract: A variable geometry convergent-divergent nozzle for a gas turbine engine includes a centerbody extending rearward along a longitudinal axis of the engine which has a maximum diameter section. An inner shroud surrounds the centerbody and cooperates with the centerbody to define the throat of the nozzle. An outer shroud surrounds the inner shroud and cooperates with the centerbody to define the exit area of the nozzle. Both shrouds are independently translatable to provide independent control of the nozzle throat area and the nozzle expansion ratio. Additional actuation of the inner shroud results in the throat being disposed upon a fully forward portion of the centerbody, said fully forward shroud disposition being more forward than over the maximum diameter section. The nozzle may further comprise independent translation of the centerbody with respect to the shrouds.
