  • Publication number: 20230353590
Abstract: Disclosed is a method, a device, and/or a system of project failure reduction through generation, structuring, and/or assessment of a critical event object. In one embodiment, a device for reducing project failure includes a processor, a session initiation routine, an object generation engine, an object initiation routine, a categorization subroutine, and a risk assessment routine. The session initiation routine initiates a session including a session UID, provisions computing resources, and associates a user profile with the session UID. The object generation engine receives a critical event criterion data. The object initiation routine generates a critical event object including the critical event criterion data and a unique identifier, and stores the critical event object in an evaluation queue.

  • Patent number: 11729202
Abstract: Disclosed is a method, a device, a system and/or a manufacture of reducing project failure probability through generation, evaluation, and/or dependency structuring of a critical event object. In one embodiment, a system for building a failure dependency hierarchy includes an orchestration server and a network. The orchestration server initiates a session and provisions computing resources. An object generation routine receives a failure event criterion. An object initiation routine then generates a failure event object associated with the failure event criterion. A risk assessment routine generates a risk value by inputting a probability data and an impact data into a risk assessment function. A dependency routine stores in a referential attribute a unique identifier of a second failure event object to define a failure dependency. A user assignment routine associates the unique identifier of a user profile with the failure event object to assign responsibility for preventing the failure event.

  • Publication number: 20230251298
Abstract: A probe card with a voltage terminal configured to be coupled to a voltage supply and a current terminal configured to be coupled to a current supply. The voltage terminal and the current terminal are configured to be coupled to an input node of a device under test (DUT) field effect transistor (FET) through probe needles. The probe card has an overlap resistor capacitor (RC) element coupled to the input node. The probe card includes an analog to digital (ADC) voltage capture module configured to be coupled to the input node of the DUT FET and to an output node of the DUT FET through the probe needles. The probe card has a resistive element configured to be coupled to the output node of the DUT FET through the probe needles and to an electrically neutral node and an ADC current capture module coupled in parallel to the resistive element.

  • Patent number: 7204947
Abstract: A method of forming an engineering component comprising the steps of: subjecting a workpiece or blank formed from polyolefin to gamma radiation at a total dose sufficient to cause a predetermined degree of crosslinking, wherein the total dose is applied at a dosage rate of less than 5 kGy/hour to cause crosslinking of the polymer and forming an engineering component from the crosslinked material.

  • Patent number: 6900445
Abstract: Polymeric article irradiation apparatus comprising a radiation source and a carousel, the carousel including drive means and a plurality of carriers for polymeric articles, each carrier being mounted on the carousel and adapted to rotate about a respective axis, wherein the drive means is adapted to cause the carousel to rotate about a central axis in use and further adapted to cause each carrier to rotate about said respective axis during rotation of the carousel about said central axis.
