  • Publication number: 20240138723
Abstract: A test strip for sampling a bodily fluid may include multiple layers of a substrate material, an adhesive between at least some of the multiple layers, and a microfluidic channel formed between at least some of the multiple layers. The test strip may further include multiple electrodes on one of the multiple layers, positioned and partially exposed within the microfluidic channel, an additional material positioned at or near an entrance to the microfluidic channel, to selectively limit the flow of at least one of bubbles or debris into the microfluidic channel, and at least one exit port in at least one of the multiple layers to allow for release of pressure from the test strip. In some embodiments, the test strip is a saliva analysis test strip. In some embodiments, the test strip includes multiple exit ports to prevent blockage of sample flow.

  • Publication number: 20240134460
Abstract: The present technology provides a mechanism by which a player can make a gesture with their hands which can bring up a virtual controller, wherein hand movements and finger tracking can result in locomotion of an avatar through a virtual world without need for a hardware controller. Therefore, a player can have a natural conversion or otherwise control the hands of their avatar to interact with other objects in the virtual world, and then use the avatar's hands to bring up a virtual controller to control locomotive movements of their avatar without the player of a physical controller.

  • Patent number: 11960507
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for identifying ancestor objects in hierarchical data configured for processing with a query, the query having an associated abstract syntax tree. The abstract syntax tree may be processed so as to generate an augmented abstract syntax tree which includes parent identifiers configured to identify the parent nodes of the query. In this way, a need to pre-parse the data may be alleviated. Instead, the identification of a parent node of a query may be encoded into the abstract syntax tree of the query.

  • Publication number: 20230293014
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to use of a workflow for automatic prescription of different radiological imaging scan planes across different anatomies and modalities. The automated prescription of such imaging scan planes helps ensure contiguous visualization of the different landmark structures. Unlike prior approaches, the disclosed technique determines the necessary planes using the localizer images itself and does not explicitly segment or delineate the landmark structures to perform plane prescription.
