Abstract: Electric trikes (or tricycles) or other electric three-wheeled vehicles, are described. The electric trikes include components or features that enhance the operation, assembly, control, and/or use of the electric trikes. For example, various embodiments described herein include attachment plates for frames of the electric trikes, integrated rear racks for the electric trikes, mounting points for the rear racks of the electric trikes, protective components for the electric trikes, shade/sun covers for the electric trike, and other enhancements.

Abstract: A cover or enclosure that protects a rear portion of an electric bicycle, such as an electric cargo bicycle, is described. The cover, which can be a modular cover (e.g., an enclosure formed of a covering material and a frame) and/or a child/passenger cover (e.g., a cover suitable to contain one or two children), includes a covering that stretches around a frame that mounts to a rear rack or cargo area of a bicycle. When not in use, the frame is detachable, foldable, and/or stowable, such that the frame can be transported and easily assembled in advance of subsequent uses.

Abstract: A storage assembly, including hard cases and associated mounting brackets, for a bicycle, such as an electric cargo bicycle, is described. The storage assembly, in some embodiments, includes hard case panniers, rear boxes, and other hard case storage apparatus. Further, the storage assembly can include mounting brackets, such as brackets configured to mount various hard cases to a rear rack of the cargo bicycle in various configurations.

Abstract: Articulated bicycle mitts, bike mitts, or pogies, are described. In some embodiments, the configuration of the bike mitts enables the mitts to be utilized on or with various different handlebars, including handlebars having different bar types, sizes, shapes, geometries, and/or orientations. For example, the bicycle mitts, being articulated, include a single base layer, or an outer layer (e.g., a weather protective or protection layer) that flexes or takes on a shape that is dependent on a bar type (e.g., flat bar or swept back) for handlebars to which the mitts are attached. In some embodiments, the base layer or outer layer includes a hinge located at an outer edge of the layer, which facilitates movement of the mitts (e.g., a first section with respect to a second section) based on the bar type of the handlebars of the bicycle.
