  • Patent number: 11972176
Abstract: A physical pipeline network is decomposed into multiple subnetworks. The subnetworks include upstream subnetworks and at least one downstream subnetwork. A network solver is executed on the upstream subnetworks in parallel to obtain a set of boundary conditions and a set of control device settings. The set of boundary conditions and a set of control device settings are then used to execute the network solver on the downstream subnetwork and obtain a result having another set of control device settings. The network solver may repeat executions until convergence is achieved. When convergence is achieved, the result is presented.

  • Patent number: 11970992
Abstract: An acoustic core may include an array of resonant cells configured as a plurality of resonant cell groups. The resonant cell groups may include a plurality of resonant cells configured as a partitioned resonant cell that include a converging resonant cell and a diverging resonant cell. The converging resonant cell and the diverging resonant cell may be defined by a plurality of cell walls integrally formed with one another and a partition integrally formed with the plurality of cell walls. The partition may at least partially delimit the converging resonant cell from the diverging resonant cell. The converging resonant cell may define an upper resonant space delimited by the partition and a top face of the array of resonant cells. The diverging resonant cell may define a lower resonant space delimited by the partition and a bottom face of the array of resonant cells.

  • Patent number: 11960315
Abstract: The present technology relates to an automatically locking, releasable, safety knob assembly for a stove. The assembly includes a base with a locking notch. An adapter mates with the stove's valve stem and has a head, a tubular middle section, and an adapter base with a central aperture for receiving the valve stem. The knob includes a housing with a housing disk covering the base, an arm movement channel aligned with the locking notch in the locked configuration, and a central aperture for receiving the adapter head. The assembly further includes a sub-assembly with a slidable button allowing free rotation of the knob in the unlocked configuration, an automatic locking arm biased with the slidable button, and engagement with the button causing the arm to disengage from the locking notch and move in the arm movement channel, enabling the knob to freely rotate and rotate the valve stem.

  • Patent number: 11471059
Abstract: A method for an expert system to develop fitness training plans includes operating a dynamic exertion system to receive a rate of perceived exertion (RPE) through a user interface of a display device, combines the RPE with a movement, a movement load, and movement repetitions into movement set data, and operates a dynamic exertion algorithm. The method then displays an adjusted movement information display including the prescribed load and the prescribed movement repetitions through the user interface. The dynamic exertion algorithm generates a prescribed load and prescribed movement repetitions, determines a difference in RPE from the expected RPE through operation of a comparator, recalculates the one repetition maximum load value using the calibration and adjustment model when the difference in RPE is greater than an RPE threshold value, and generates a display control comprising the prescribed load and the prescribed movement repetitions.
