    Abstract: A system and method for providing both sharpness and framing information of a digital image to a user. An original image is captured and processed by an electronic device. At the same time, a portion of the original image is selected, cropped and processed to create a final zoomed image. The final zoomed image and the processed original image are simultaneously displayed to the user, permitting the user to use the final zoomed image to determine the relative sharpness of the original image.
