The system also is configured to obtain second resource usage data and second resource identity data from a second resource provider using a second resource collection engine. The system is also configured to select one or more users of interest based on the first resource usage data, the first resource identity data, the second resource usage data and the second resource identity data and to determine ownership of the selected one or more users of interest.
