Abstract: A pet toy and feeder comprising of a rotating laser module that projects laser beams to a laser shield enclosure and a feed chamber that dispenses feed to the animal interacting with the toy. The rotating laser module projects a beam to a laser shield enclosure that diffuses the beam such that the laser beam is visible on the surface of laser shield enclosure, but the laser beam does not travel outside of the enclosure to minimize risks of eye injuries due to exposure to laser beams.

Abstract: A holder for storing and securing flexible sheet materials is provided. The holder includes a base member surrounded by a vertical wall forming a reservoir. The base member has at least one attachment structure for receiving and retaining a plurality of liquid absorptive sheets that are stacked one on top of another. The attachment structure includes a plurality of slits that can be deflected to receive the sheet material.

Abstract: A tug of war toy with a hand guard on the handle portion of the toy. The hand guard provides protection to the user's hands from accidental biting during play with the pet.

Abstract: A bird feeder comprising of a free spinning plate guards to prevent unwanted pests such as squirrels from accessing the seed within the feeder. Whereas birds can feed while resting on perches which protrude outwardly from the bottom portion of the feeder, non-flying pest animals such as squirrels must approach the feeder along its outer periphery, traversing the plate guards in the process. As the pest tries to climb onto the feeder and access the seed, the plate guards spin; preventing the pest from having a stable footing and thus fall off the feeder.

The toy combines the major activities and entertainment forms of a typical domestic cat into a one combined plaything.

Abstract: An adjustable pillow, comprising of a stretchable pillow cover having a plurality of removable inserts. The inserts may be in various thicknesses, shapes, compositions and firmness to permit adjustment for overall pillow height, overall firmness, and surface firmness when inserted into the cover. The total height of the pillow depends on the total height of the various inserts being used, the overall firmness depends on whether the inserts are soft, medium or firm, and the surface firmness depends on the firmness of the topmost inside layer.

Abstract: An apparatus for organizing articles of clothing is disclosed, including a housing having first and second drums rotatably mounted thereto. A drive system is used for rotating a belt around the first and second drums. The belt includes a plurality of hooks for hanging articles thereon. In one embodiment, the apparatus mounts on a closet rod and further includes a posterior end with an adjustable telescoping sleeve to stabilize the mounted apparatus against a wall. The apparatus can include a removable battery pack mounted to the underside of the apparatus. The removable battery pack can have a light bulb mounted on it to illuminate the selection of articles on the hooks. In another embodiment, the apparatus includes a rod-mounting apparatus that has a length that prevents or minimizes entanglement of articles hanging on the apparatus with other articles hanging near the apparatus.

The conditioner includes an ion generator that has an electrode assembly including a first array of emitter electrodes, a second array of collector electrodes, and a high voltage generator. The device can also include an interstitial electrode located between collector electrodes, an enhanced collector electrode with an integrally formed trailing end, and an enhanced emitter electrode with an enhanced length in order to increase emissivity.

Abstract: Nail care systems in accordance with embodiments of the present invention can include a housing and a nail clipper associated with the housing, the nail clipper having an upper member and a lower member banded by an upper lever and a lower lever. Cutting blades associated with the members can be pinched together by actuating the levers. A container formed between the members can receive nail clippings ejected away from the nail. A nail filer associated with the housing includes a rotatable file that can be used to file nails. Abstract: An air conditioner device includes a freestanding housing. An ion generator, which is positioned in the housing, includes at least one removable electrode. A germicidal lamp, which is also within the housing, emits UV radiation upon being energized. A safety mechanism cuts off power to at least one of the lamp and the ion generator when the removable electrode is removed from the housing. A removable panel is adapted to be secured to the housing. A further safety mechanism cuts-off power to at least one of the lamp and the ion generator when the removable panel is removed from the housing.
