A primary door is formed in the housing adjacent to the primary chamber. The primary door allows for adding mail to and removing unshredded mail from the upper chamber. A secondary door is formed in the housing adjacent to the secondary chamber. The secondary door allows for removing shredded mail from the secondary chamber.
