Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a method for the cultivation of primary cells. The primary cells are cultivated in a serum free medium supplemented with peptides and peptones derived from plant or vegetable sources. The method for the cultivation of primary cells may be one step in a method for the amplification of viruses, such as poxviruses.

Abstract: In an illustrative embodiment, systems and methods for coordinating automated, real-time data sharing and updating between participants using disparate data formats for information transfer include a messaging interface for receiving message initiation requests including messaging data from regionally-distributed computing devices. The message initiation requests may be queued as queuing data in a global message queue. Updates may be made to the queuing data indicating a status of the message initiation requests based on reply messages received from message recipients. A message transmission system may transform the messaging data into a generic data object that is agnostic to messaging formats of a sending computing system and a receiving computing system. The generic data object may be mapped to a message format associated with the receiving computing system.

Abstract: A method for deploying operation systems on multiple test computers is provided. A user interface also provides unified management of the multiple computers. A custom bootable removable media, such as a compact disc, is loaded on or is otherwise associated with each of the multiple computers. The computers are connected, for example, by a network, to a database and a test lab manager. The custom bootable removable media includes a build script. A user computer provides settings to the build script, for example by a template and via the server. The build script utilizes the settings to configure a disc for each of the client computers, and then installs an operating system on the disc in accordance with the settings.

Abstract: A protective animal skinning glove having a gripping member protruding from at least one of the fingers of the glove for gripping the skin of an animal. The gripping member is positioned along the length of the finger to reduce strain on the flexor retinaculum while gripping the skin of the animal thereby reducing pressure on the carpal tunnel.

Abstract: A bottle holder has a torso-engaging part, generally held in place by a strap around the person by whom the bottle holder is being used, a first segment hinged to the torso-engaging part, a second segment connected to the first segment in such a way as to be extendable from the first segment and selectively clamped in an extended position, and a bottle gripping segment hingedly connected to the second segment. In the preferred embodiment, a supplemental support is carried by the first segment, the second segment is carried by rods spring biased to slide within passages in the first segment to return to a non-extended position when the retaining structure are released, and the bottle gripping segment is adapted to receive bottles of different diameters.
