Abstract: Methods, systems, and products monitor a person's regimen for medicinal and dietary restrictions. When the person's regimen requires a liquid medication or supplement, an oral instrument is commanded to dispense a dosage of fluid. The oral instrument stores a reservoir of the fluid. If the oral instrument is a spoon, for example, the spoon may automatically dispense cough syrup or other medicine. A toothbrush, likewise, may automatically dispense mouthwash. A sensor may confirm presence of the oral instrument in the person's mouth, thus ensuring the dosage of fluid is ingested.

Abstract: Methods, computer-readable media, and systems provide design decision management (DDM) to manage the various design decisions made by a client healthcare provider during the design of a healthcare management system by a solution-provider company. A DDM system provides a user interface and allows a user to access data from design decision databases, analyze accessed data, and conduct design review of client design decisions. Design review is initiated when a client design decision conflicts with a company-recommended design decision. The design review process determines if the conflicting client design decision should be approved and implemented or if the company-recommended design decision should be implemented.

Abstract: A system and method for modifying healthcare related orders is provided. Upon receiving one or more modifications to an existing order for a clinical agent the system updates the existing order to reflect said modifications. The system evaluates the modifications for validity and compatibility. The system also identifies historical information regarding modifications to the order.
