    Abstract: A knife assembly for a waste processing system includes a plurality of cutters disposed on a drum. The cutters further include a cutter body, a knife assembly including a first clamp, a second clamp, and a knife. The knife is removably affixed between the first and second clamp and has at least one cutting surface which extends beyond respective ends of the first and second clamps, whereby the cutter body and knife assembly are operably disposed on a drum for a waste processing system.
