Abstract: A pot rack comprising at least one track member having spaced-apart rails with at least an upper rail surface having a ferromagnetic property and at least one hook member having a lower hook portion for releasably engaging a kitchen utensil, and an upper cap portion of a dimension greater than a spacing between the rails wherein the cap portion includes a magnetic member which is magnetically attracted to the upper rail surface of each of the rails and a shank portion interconnecting the upper cap portion and the lower hook portion. A hook member for use on a slotted ferromagnetic rail comprising a head portion, an integral shank portion and a hook portion extending from the shank portion, said head portion having magnetic means associated therewith to establish a magnetic attraction between the head portion and the rail.

Abstract: Collapsible cookware is provided. The collapsible cookware includes an upper member having a first opening and a second opening located below the first opening, the upper member being substantially rigid, and a lower member having a third opening located adjacent and connected to the second opening and a bottom portion, the lower member having a substantially constant thickness between the third opening and the bottom portion, wherein the lower member is substantially flexible such that the lower member is collapsible upwards towards the upper member.

Abstract: A method for assembling a bakeware having a metal frame and at least one flexible member is provided. The method includes forming a first hole in a metal sheet, forming a sidewall extending from the first hole, the sidewall having a lower lip, bending the sidewall and lower lip partially towards the metal sheet, placing a flexible member in the first hole, and pressing the sidewall and lower lip towards the metal sheet to secure the flexible member to the metal sheet. A bakeware including a metal frame and at least one flexible member is also provided.
