Current certifications and educational requirements are compared against the current job function, skills, and location for each member of the group, such as for each employee of a department of a company. The portal or dashboard is also populated to provide specific requirements for unmet or under-met requirements, and tracking of the progress of certifications is enabled for both managers and employees to be proactive in taking action on certifications and education.
