  • Patent number: 10427205
Abstract: A heading machine includes a base unit (1), a delivery unit (2) arranged on the base unit, two holding units (3) arranged on the base unit, a drive unit (4) arranged on the base unit, a cutting unit (5) arranged on the delivery unit, a computer control unit (6) arranged on the base unit, and a power supply (7) electrically coupled to the drive unit, the cutting unit and the computer control unit to provide an electric power. Thus, the computer control unit adjusts the length of the lace (8), so that the tension of the lace is distributed evenly, and the lace that has been cut will have a constant length. In addition, the cut length of the lace is adjusted without needing manual measurement and adjustment.

  • Publication number: 20180220742
Abstract: A lace structure includes a plurality of weaving threads and a plurality of resilient threads which are interlaced in a lengthwise direction to form an elongate lace which defines a plurality of first sections and a plurality of second sections arranged in an alternating manner. Each of the second sections of the lace has a weaving density greater than and a width smaller than that of each of the first sections. In such a manner, each of the first sections of the lace has a wide face with a low density, and each of the second sections of the lace has a narrow face with a high density. Thus, each of the first sections of the lace has an elasticity greater than that of each of the second sections, so that the lace has a stepwise elastic function.

  • Patent number: 9955754
Abstract: A shoelace structure includes an outer sleeve, a liner mounted in the outer sleeve, and an inner core mounted in the liner. The inner core includes a first weaving thread and a plurality of second weaving threads. The first weaving thread interweaves and intertwines with the second weaving threads, with the second weaving threads being secured to the first weaving thread, thereby defining a plurality of enlarged portions and a plurality of separation portions. The liner is squeezed by the enlarged portions of the inner core and defines a plurality of expanded sections and a plurality of recessed sections. The expanded sections of the liner respectively corresponds to the enlarged portions of the inner core, and the recessed sections of the liner respectively corresponds to the separation portions of the inner core.

  • Patent number: 9631302
Abstract: A knitting machine includes a base unit, a plurality of transmission mechanisms, a plurality of spool stands, a collecting mechanism, a driving device and a microcomputer control unit. Each of the transmission mechanisms includes a plurality of driving gears and a plurality of blades. Each of the spool stands is provided with a spool. The collecting mechanism includes a plurality of hubs each provided with a convergent holding device. When the transmission mechanisms are driven, the spool of each of the spool stands is disposed at an operation state. The collecting mechanism collects and guides the lines of the spool of each of the spool stands to perform a knitting work so as to form rope belts. Thus, the rope belts present a thick-and-thin alternating mode, a multi-layer mode or a three-dimensional mode.
