Abstract: A holder is provided for holding sockets. The holder includes a body, a lateral cover and a locking device. The body includes a lateral plate and a plurality of inserts extended from the lateral plate. The lateral cover is pivotally connected to the body and formed with a plurality of bosses. Each insert is adapted to be inserted into a first recess defined in one end of a corresponding socket and a corresponding boss is adapted to be inserted into a second recess defined in another end of the same socket. The locking device is used to lock the lateral cover to the body, thus locking the sockets in the holder.

Abstract: A toolbox assembly includes a toolbox casing and at least one auxiliary plate. The toolbox casing has at least one surface recess including a mounting segment defined in a front face and a fixing segment defined in a side face. The mounting segment has at least one slot. The at least one auxiliary plate has a first portion corresponding to the mounting segment and a second portion corresponding to the fixing segment. The first portion has at least one flange extended from an outer peripheral thereof and corresponding to the at least one slot. The at least one flange engages with the at least one slot. The first and second portion respectively and tightly fit within the mounting and fixing segment for protecting the toolbox assembly.

Abstract: A holder is disclosed to hold a socket onto a hanger. The holder includes a socket-engaging device, a locking device and a hanger-engaging device. The socket-engaging device includes a V-shaped body and a block. The V-shaped body includes a first branch and a second branch elastically movable towards the first branch so that the V-shaped body can be inserted into the socket. The block is formed on the second branch for abutment against the socket when the V-shaped body is disposed in the socket. The locking device includes a groove defined in the first branch of the V-shaped body and a tab extended from the second branch of the V-shaped body. The tab can be inserted into the groove so that the elastic V-shaped body is expanded, and the block is firmly located against the socket. The hanger-engaging device includes a dovetail groove for receiving a dovetail formed on the hanger.

The numeric zone is used for identifying the size of the bit-receiving recess. The numeric zone includes a number corresponding to the size of the socket and a background with sharp contrast to the number. The color zone is used for identifying the size of the handle-receiving recess.

Abstract: A tool box assembly having lighting and warning functions, including a tool box body having a receiving recess in a central portion of one lateral end thereof, an integrated circuit control device retained in the receiving recess, and a transparent light converging lens fittingly abutting against the receiving recess. The receiving recess has a stepped rim, which is provided with a plurality of retaining posts projecting therefrom and lying in a horizontal state for retaining the light converging lens. A periphery of the light converging lens is provided with a plurality of retaining notches for receiving the retaining posts of the tool box body. Three generally slanting abutting grooves of three different sizes are arranged by order of size between each two retaining notches. The smallest abutting grooves just abut against the retaining posts of the tool box body when the light converging lens is rotated so that the light converging lens is firmly positioning in the receiving recess of the tool box.
