  • Publication number: 20070029185
Abstract: An apparatus for producing nanoparticles includes a vessel, a target, and a laser generating device. The vessel has an inlet and an outlet. The target is configured on a bottom of the vessel and disposed below the inlet. The produced nanoparticles flow continuously from the outlet with the produced solution and the protective solution can also be supplied into the vessel continuously from the inlet during production so as to mass-produce nanoparticles in a continuous and high efficient manner.

  • Publication number: 20060278844
Abstract: A working fluid for a heat pipe includes a liquid solvent; a plurality of nano-particles dispersed in the liquid solvent; and a polymer stability agent configured for preventing the nano-particles from aggregating in the liquid solvent. A method for manufacturing the working fluid includes the steps of: providing a vessel containing a liquid solvent containing a polymer stability agent dispersed therein, the polymer stability agent being configured for preventing the created nano-particles from aggregating in the liquid solvent; arranging a target in the liquid solvent; and bombarding the target to create nano-particles, whereupon the nano-particles are dispersed into the polar solvent, thereby obtaining the working fluid.

  • Publication number: 20060011624
Abstract: A tool box assembly includes a first case, and a second case pivotally mounted on the first case. The first case and the second case respectively have the same structure. Thus, the first case and the second case have the same structure, so that the manufacturer only needs to prepare a single mold to make the tool box assembly, thereby decreasing costs of fabrication.

  • Patent number: 6510885
Abstract: A curtain cover attachment for vertical blinds has flexible sheet material portions that fold over opposite sides of each vane of the blinds from a front edge thereof, the panel portions extending also between the vanes. The cover is supported by first tabs that fold over one end (the tops ) of the vanes opposite respective supportive stem portions thereof from the front edges, the tabs being secured by hook-loop fasteners that are hidden between the cover and the vanes. Additional tabs and associated fasteners can also be used between the stem portions and the front edges of the vanes, as well as at opposite ends of the vanes.
