    Abstract: A three-dimensional printing method for a three-dimensional printing system including a tank, a platform, an injection module, a warning module, a curing module, and a control module is provided. The control module is electrically connected to the curing module, the injection module, and the warning module. The method includes: analyzing a required amount of the liquid forming material corresponding to a three-dimensional object; obtaining a safe amount of the liquid forming material in the tank; and comparing the required amount and the safe amount, wherein the control module provides a response signal to the injection or warning module when the safe amount is less than the required amount. The injection module receives the response signal to inject the liquid forming material to the tank. The warning module receives the response signal to remind a user to provide the liquid forming material to the tank.

    Abstract: A stereo lithography apparatus includes a base, a lifting rail, a slider, a forming pedestal, a nut assembly and a screw rod. The lifting rail is arranged upright on the base. The slider is arranged on the lifting rail and allowed to move along the lifting rail. A position hole and at least an adjusting groove are defined on the forming pedestal. The nut assembly is connected with the slider by multiple screw bolts, one of the screw bolts is inserted through the position hole and connected with the slider, each of the other screw bolts is inserted through corresponding adjusting groove and connected with the slider. The screw rod is arranged upright on the base and engaged with the nut assembly. Thereby, the nut assembly would not be rotated to stick the screw rod while the forming pedestal is rotated.

    Abstract: A formation tank includes a tank body and a release film. The tank body includes a bottom plate and a tank wall. One face of the bottom plate is an inner bottom surface, and at least one engagement structure is formed on the inner bottom surface. The tank wall protrudes from the inner bottom surface and surrounds a periphery of the bottom plate. The release film is attached on the inner bottom surface and the release film is mortise-and-tenon connected to the engagement structure. An engagement structure is arranged on the bottom plate to improve an engagement force between the bottom plate and the release film. Accordingly, the release film is prevented from being detached, and therefore durability of the release film is also improved.
