  • Publication number: 20040098734
Abstract: The present invention discloses a disk drive with ejecting function. The disk drive has a tray that is selectively received in a housing. The tray has a track with a first end and a second end. A chassis is located inside the housing, and a cam rack is slidably disposed on the chassis. A first shaft and a second shaft are disposed on the chassis, and the first shaft engages with the track. A curved bar is slidably disposed on the chassis and touches against the second shaft. When the curved bar is actuated in a direction parallel to the moving direction of the tray, the curved bar pushes the second shaft to move in a direction perpendicular to the moving direction of the tray. Afterwards, the first shaft moves from the first end to the second end, and the tray is ejected.

  • Publication number: 20040095714
Abstract: The invention is to provide a snapping device comprising an elongated clinging mechanism including a pivotal lever at either end wherein centers of rotation of the pivotal levers and the clinging mechanism are at different horizontal levels; and two post-shaped resilient elements disposed adjacent ends of the clinging mechanism wherein each resilient element passes through a support of a cooler and a circuit board to secure to an abutment plate at the other opposite side of the circuit board, the resilient elements will be expanded if the pivotal levers are rotated, and the clinging mechanism is mounted on the cooler by a stored returning force of the expanded resilient elements, thereby stably resting the cooler one a chip member on the circuit board.

  • Patent number: 6682317
Abstract: A miniature air compressor includes a motor, a compression cylinder, a lower valve seat, an upper valve seat, and a noise suppression cylinder. Thus, the miniature air compressor may provide a stable pressurized air flow whose noise and impurity may be eliminated by the noise suppression cylinder, thereby enhancing the usage effect of the injection pen device. In addition, the miniature air compressor has a simple construction, may be assembled and amended easily and conveniently, and may reduce the cost of production.

  • Publication number: 20040013072
Abstract: The present invention discloses a shockproof mechanism for a disc drive. The disc drive includes a tray and a chassis. The tray has a track thereon, and the track includes a first end and a second end. A shaft is disposed on the chassis and engages with the track. When the tray is driven into the disc drive, the shaft moves from the first end to the second end. A block is disposed near the second end of the track for preventing the shaft escaping from the track through the second end.

  • Patent number: 6278010
Abstract: An improved process for producing modified zinc acrylate fine powder is disclosed, comprising adding acrylic acid in a organic liquid medium and reacting in the presence of zinc oxide and fatty acid, and after completing of the reaction, adding nonionic surfactant, blending homogeneously, removing said organic medium and water by distillation under reduced pressure and simple pulverizing. The process can attains uniform diffusion in a state very rarely inducing fast adhesion or formation of cluster in the drying step, and, permits easy pulverization into a fine powder, 99% of which has a particle size<44 &mgr;m and thereby can be used directly without needing any sieving.

  • Patent number: 5374854
Abstract: An automatic switch is provided which includes a motion detector, a filter and amplifier circuit, a direction discrimination circuit and a processing circuit for controlling electrical load such as lights or home appliances in a room. The motion detector employs a pyroelectric infra-red detector for detecting the number of persons entering and leaving the room. The detector sends signals with phase differences to the processing circuit for counting. When the number of persons entering the room is greater than that of the number of persons leaving the room, the processing circuit automatically turns the lights on. Opposingly, when the number of persons entering the room is less than the number of persons leaving the room, the processing circuit turns the lights off.

  • Patent number: 4394539
Abstract: A timepiece with automatic time setting and speed adjusting system can, thru the dial telephone line, call the standard time repeat station to check the standard telephone system standard time. When receiving the time announcement signals from the time repeat station, a separation circuit and a voice signal identification circuit pick up the time calibration signal to calibrate the time and adjust the speed of the timepiece automatically. At the same time, a time differential signal is transmitted to the automatic dialing circuit to connect to the telephone line and store the time to a memory circuit to permit dialing the time repeat station again to process the automatic time setting system and automatic speed adjusting system. In addition, the timepiece is connected to several secondary timepieces which have a simple mechanism and circuit structure so as to assure that there will be no time variation with this invention.
