  • Publication number: 20100132097
Abstract: The safety helmet structure comprises a main body, an outer visor, an inner visor assembly including an inner visor and two moveable seats, a connective portion, a seating unit and a push seat. A connective part is disposed on both sides of the inner visor. The two moveable seats are connected with the connective parts through slots. A position-limiting slot is provided on the outer side of the moveable seat. A hole is provided on the rear part of the moveable seat. The moveable seat may be connected with the helmet through the hole. The moveable seat is connected with the connective portion through the connective hole. The inner visor may be retracted into the helmet or extended out by merely pushing the push seat.

  • Publication number: 20100132096
Abstract: A structure for a safety helmet comprising an extendable/retractable visor. The visor is connected on each side by a connective part to a slotted moveable seat having a saw-tooth shaped position-limiting slot engaging a protrusion to control the position of the visor. The moveable seat is connected to a connective portion having a shaft with one or more protrusions engaging a connective hole with one or more indentations on the moveable seat. A seating unit having one or more engagement elements for affixation to the helmet is connected via a slot to a protrusion on the inside of a push seat. The protrusion has a threaded hole which engages the connective hole of the connective portion and is fastened thereto, e.g. by a screw. Upon assembly and fixation to the helmet, the visor may be extended or retracted by pushing on the push seat.

  • Publication number: 20090308561
Abstract: A method for manufacturing hose couplings is composed of three steps as follows. The first step involves jointing and fixing a top casting-cavity insert and a bottom casting-cavity insert within a mold base of a casting machine. The second step is injecting a high-temperature molten metal into both the casting-cavity inserts, so that the molten metal can fill up the casting-cavity inserts. The third step is cooling the casting-cavity inserts by using a cooling liquid, so that the cooled and solidified metal can be released from the casting-cavity inserts to form a hose coupling. By using the method, various types of top casting-cavity inserts and bottom casting-cavity inserts may be adapted as desired and, therefore, various types of hose couplings may be manufactured as desired.

  • Patent number: 6120065
Abstract: An improved structure of quick coupling comprises mainly a main connecting body, press rods, stoppers and flange press portions. Each of two lateral sides of the main connecting body is extended to form a pair of flanges, which is provided with circular holes. A traverse pin is used to penetrate these two flanges and the press rod to fix the press rod at the main connecting body. When another connector is jointed to the improved quick coupling, the press rods are in parallel with the main body and meanwhile, an arc head at front end of the press rod is fastened to another connector for consolidating the combination, and the stopper in a reception cavity at front end of the press rod will insert in a circular hole that accommodating the flange press portion to ensure the press rod will not bounce up owing to pressure of flowing liquid in pipe or external vibration.
