  • Publication number: 20200407552
Abstract: A polyester composition includes a polyester, a copolyester-ether, a styrene-butadiene copolymer, and a catalyst. The styrene-butadiene copolymer includes a butadiene monomer unit which is in an amount ranging from 12 wt % to 50 wt % based on a total weight of the styrene-butadiene copolymer. The styrene-butadiene copolymer is in an amount ranging from 0.2 to 4 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyester.

  • Publication number: 20200198312
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a low gloss sheet and a matte product prepared therefrom. The low gloss sheet includes a substrate and a low gloss layer disposed thereon. The low gloss layer includes polyester and a matting agent. A weight percentage of the matting agent is 4 wt % to 10 wt % based on the total weight of the low gloss layer. The matting agent includes a plurality of first particles and a plurality of second particles. An average particle diameter (d50) of the first particles and the second particles is 8 to 10 ?m and 3 to 6 ?m respectively. An oil absorption of the second particles is 30 to 100 ml/100 g. The matte product is prepared from the low gloss sheet by a forming technique.

  • Publication number: 20180171163
Abstract: A matte sheet includes a substrate and a matte coating layer. The matte coating layer is formed on the substrate. The matte coating layer has an average thickness ranging from 2.5 ?m to 6 ?m and is made from a coating composition that includes a matting agent. The matte coating layer satisfies an inequality formula of 5<d50/Ra?11. D50 stands for a particle size distribution of the matting agent and Ra stands for a roughness of the matte coating layer. The matte product made from the matte sheet is also provided.
