The RFID tag may include a state information generator to generate state information of the RFID tag, a receiver to receive an activation command including reference state information of the RFID tag, and a controller to activate the RFID tag based on the state information and the reference state information. The RFID tag may be selectively activated according to an inner state of the RFID tag.
