    Abstract: A method of controlling a water-pump of an air conditioning system used in an active air conditioning water circulating system includes: detecting an environmental parameter and a load value of the active air conditioning water system actively; adjusting a flow rate of a water-pump of the active air conditioning water system according to a first control logic when the environmental parameter is less than a first pre-default parameter and the load value is less than a load threshold; and, adjusting the flow rate of the water-pump according to a first control logic when the environmental parameter is not less than the first pre-default parameter or the load value is not less than the load threshold. The present disclosed example can enhance a flow control capacity for different environmental statuses via controlling the flow rate in the different environmental status according to the different control logic.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a performance forecasting method applied to an air conditioning equipment and a central server. The air conditioning equipment has a plurality of detecting elements so as to detect a plurality kinds of physical parameters and a performance parameter. The central server stores those parameters as a set of first parameters and a first performance value. When the central server receives other physical parameters and another performance parameter, it calculates the similarity between the other physical parameters and each set of the first parameters according to the law of cosines. The central server selects the set of the first parameters which have the similarity being greater than a selecting threshold, so as to calculating an expected performance value. Accordingly, the central server can forecast a performance decline degree by comparing the another performance parameter and the expected performance value.

    Abstract: The invention pertains to the creation of two new classes of compounds, referred to as “phenyl, bromo-maleimide acids” and “Phenyl, bromo-maleimide amines”, which are derivatized from the maleimide, C2H2(CO)2NH (2,5-pyrroledione) and have the backbone structure of formula I and II below, where n is 0-6. In the maleimide ring, a hydrogen in the 3,4-imide (C2H2) is substituted by a bromide and the nitrogen is bonded to a phenyl group, which is bonded to a carboxylic acid or amine. The invention also pertains to the use of these two classes of compounds to tag molecules with a Br,Ph-maleimide group or to synthesize hetrobifunctional linkers with a Br,Ph-maleimide group for conjugating various molecules to the sulfhydryl groups of cysteine residues in proteins, peptides, nanoparticles, or cells.
