Each the contact hole partially exposes one of the branch conductive lines. The conductive patterns are disposed on the passivation layer, and each of the conductive patterns is disposed respectively corresponding to each of the branch conductive lines. Each of the conductive patterns is electrically connected to the corresponding branch conductive line via the contact holes. Each of the outside device bonding regions is disposed corresponding to each of the branch conductive lines. At least one of the outside device bonding regions does not overlap the contact hole in a vertical projective direction.

The substrate has an active area and a peripheral circuit area connected to the active area. The pixel array is disposed on the active area of the substrate. The peripheral circuit is disposed on the peripheral circuit area of the substrate. The peripheral circuit includes a plurality of driver bonding pads and a plurality of fan-out line units. Each fan-out line unit includes a plurality of fan-out lines, a plurality of connection lines and a line-free area. The fan-out lines are electrically connected to the pixel array. Each connection line connects one of the driver bonding pads and one of the fan-out lines correspondingly. The auxiliary metal pattern is disposed at the line-free area. The auxiliary metal pattern and the connection lines are arranged in a same interval.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a metal pattern structure of restraining static damage of thin film transistor liquid crystal display. It includes a pattern discharge metal body; a pattern metal slice deposed opposite the pattern discharge metal body; and at least one pattern metal lump deposed between the pattern discharge metal body and the pattern metal slice and connected to the pattern metal slice. The present invention restrains the static damage of the pattern discharge metal body and the pattern metal slice, so as to avoid abnormal display picture like the phenomenon of the bright line.
