The elastic water-stop member includes a first divided member and a second divided member. The first divided member is formed with a first partially surrounding portion. The second divided member is formed with a second partially surrounding portion. The first partially surrounding portion is formed with a pair of first reinforcing wall portions and a first lip portion.
